Eleven platforms, no middleman
YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, X, Bluesky, Mastodon, Tumblr and Telegram — all through the platforms’ own official interfaces, with no third-party tool in between.
Access tokens encrypted
Your platform connections are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and sign-in only ever happens through the platforms’ official login flows — we never see your password. On top of that, you can secure your CastLoop account with two-factor authentication.
Trying it costs nothing
One video and one post are completely free, without entering any payment details. After that, the subscription can be cancelled monthly at the end of the month — there is no minimum term.
Proper invoices
EU companies with a valid VAT ID pay net via reverse charge (§ 13b UStG); for everyone else, prices include 19% German VAT. Every invoice meets the requirements of § 14 UStG.
AI content labeled automatically
If a clip contains AI-generated scenes, CastLoop labels that on its own when publishing — through the platforms’ AI toggles, as a visible mark in the picture and as a signed marker in the video file, as the EU AI Act requires. You can check for yourself whether a file carries the marker on our verification page.

Can I try CastLoop for free?
Yes. You start without entering any payment details: your first video and your first post are completely free. Only after that do you choose a plan — no credit card required.
Do I need video editing skills?
No. CastLoop automatically detects the most exciting moments in your video, crops them to 9:16 and adds animated subtitles. You confirm with a click or let everything post automatically.
Which platforms are supported?
Eleven platforms are connected directly: YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, X, Bluesky, Mastodon, Tumblr and Telegram. The Instagram, Facebook and Threads integration is currently being approved by Meta. You choose per clip where it gets posted — and on text-capable platforms CastLoop can additionally create pure text posts from your video.
What about data protection?
CastLoop runs on our own hardware in a German data center. Your videos, clips and account data are hosted and stored there and nowhere else — GDPR-compliant, with a data processing agreement (DPA) for you. Details in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans can be cancelled monthly to the end of the month. No minimum term, no hidden fees.
How secure are my social accounts?
Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), never in plain text. All platform connections run through official OAuth flows — we never see your password.
Which languages does CastLoop work in?
CastLoop speaks five languages: German, English, Spanish, Italian and French — full interface, hooks and captions. Hook phrases are natively optimized for each market.
What happens to my best-performing clips?
CastLoop automatically spots your winners — clips with above-average views. If you enable the AI upgrade for a channel, such a hit automatically gets a fresh AI animation before its next run, so it grabs attention again. The upgrade is optional, can be toggled per channel and uses credits from your balance — so you only pay for your real successes.
How does CastLoop handle the EU AI Act?
If a post contains AI-generated scenes, CastLoop labels it automatically when posting: via the official AI switches of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and Pinterest, and on other platforms with a note in the post text — plus a machine-readable marker in the video file. AI text drafts only go out after your approval. The transparency duties of the EU AI Act (Art. 50) are covered by design.
Do I absolutely need a YouTube channel?
No. CastLoop accepts three sources: your YouTube channel, your podcast RSS feed or a direct file upload. Pure audio episodes automatically become an audiogram in your brand design — with waveform and animated subtitles.
Does CastLoop also create pure text posts?
Yes. On request, every video yields three editable text drafts — for LinkedIn, X or Threads, for example. Eight platforms can receive pure text posts, schedulable like any clip and with proper AI labeling.
Can I post short videos without any cutting?
Yes. Source videos up to three minutes can go out unchanged as a Short or Reel — CastLoop handles subtitles, scheduling and publishing. Platforms with a shorter limit are excluded automatically.
How many clips does CastLoop make from one video?
Full automation cuts up to three clips from every new video — one on Starter, two on Growth, three from Pro up. From the second clip on, a quality threshold applies: one strong clip beats three mediocre ones. Every clip counts toward your plan's quota like a manual render; the video itself is billed once by length. The clips go out one after another in your time slots, not at the same time.
Can I connect several YouTube channels?
Yes, from one to unlimited depending on your plan. Each channel gets its own targets: under the channel you connect YouTube Shorts, Instagram, TikTok and the other platforms, as many accounts per platform as your plan allows. A target belongs to exactly one channel, and clips only go to the targets of their channel. Time slots and repeats apply to the whole account.
