Contact
Email: info@castloop.de
Web: https://castloop.de/
Contact form: castloop.de/kontakt
Note: As a small sole proprietorship without its own business premises, we do not operate a customer telephone hotline. Contact is exclusively in writing by email to info@castloop.de or via the contact form. We usually reply within 24 hours (business days). This is permissible under § 5 TMG, since the law requires “information that enables fast electronic contact” — email + contact form satisfy this requirement.
VAT / small business notice
As a small business within the meaning of § 19 (1) of the German VAT Act (UStG), we currently do not charge value-added tax. Invoices accordingly carry the note “Pursuant to § 19 UStG, no value-added tax is charged.”
VAT identification number pursuant to § 27a of the German VAT Act: DE460012778 (reserved for the case of a switch to standard taxation upon exceeding the turnover threshold).
Editorially responsible
Responsible for journalistic-editorial content pursuant to
§ 18 (2) MStV:
Daniel Ovadia, Eugen-Richter-Str. 159, 76187 Karlsruhe, Germany
EU dispute resolution (EU-ODR)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) for consumers: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. You can find our email address for contact above under “Contact”.
Note: CastLoop is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (B2B). A consumer dispute resolution procedure therefore regularly does not apply. The ODR link is nonetheless provided for reasons of transparency.
Consumer dispute resolution / universal arbitration board
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected by this. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement of the law becomes known. Upon becoming aware of corresponding infringements, we will remove this content immediately.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.
